In the unlikely event you receive a faulty item, please email us at info@fabricstory.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your product. For a refund or exchange the product must be in the same condition it was received in. The buyer must post the item back to us before a replacement will be posted out.

Please note as all fabric are cut by hand, all fabrics are sold per half a meter but will be sold on a continuous piece if more units are added on selection.
